Andina is a modern Peruvian restaurant in Portland’s Pearl District, serving the community since 2003. For more than two decades, we have been honored to share the ever-unfolding story of Peruvian cuisine with Portland—and we look forward to weaving our stories together for years to come.

La Cocina Peruana en el PNW

Peruvian roots, grown in the pacific northwest

Our cooking begins upstream—with the seeds, farms, waters, and people behind our food. After seven years of collaboration with Peace Seedlings in Corvallis, ají amarillo—one of the foundational ingredients of Peruvian cuisine—is now grown for Andina here in Oregon.

Together with our direct-trade partnerships with organic farmers in Chincha, Peru, this work reflects our commitment to a more responsible and connected food ecosystem.
