PERUVIAN INDEPENDENCE DAY FEATURING
DE CAJÓN PROJECT
Andina will celebrate Peruvian Independence Day on Wednesday, July 28 with an exclusive show in Tupai featuring Seattle-based Peruvian entertainer Monica Rojas and the de Cajón Project. The six-piece group will perform music in the Afro-Peruvian tradition, showcasing the cajón, a box drum originating from coastal Peru. Tickets cost $65 per person plus gratuity and include a three-course Peruvian dinner along with the performance. Doors open at 6:00pm, and the performance begins at 6:30pm. ANNE AMIE WINERY DINNER (OFF-SITE)
Andina will venture to wine country to host an outdoor patio dinner with our friends at Anne Amie Vineyards. We welcome you to join us on Sunday, Aug. 1 for an evening of Peruvian tapas paired with Anne Amie wines. Watch the sunset as winemaker Thomas Houseman and sommelier Ken Collura share what it takes to make their ends of the wine industry work. The dinner will be held at Anne Amie Vineyards in Carlton, Oregon (click for a map) and will begin at 5:30pm. WILLAKENZIE WINEMAKER DINNER
In partnership with WillaKenzie Estate, Andina will host a winemaker dinner in our upstairs event space, Tupai, on Monday, Aug. 9 at 6:30pm. The seated four-course dinner will be paired with Willakenzie's specialty wines. Willakenzie's vineyards, located in the Chehalem Mountains of Oregon's Willamette Valley, are planted with grapes of the Pinot family; mostly new Dijon clones of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc from Alsace.
