We serve our full entradas menu at lunch along with the following entrees.

LOMO SALTADO
wok-fried Cascade Natural beef tenders with onions, tomatoes, soy sauce, garlic and ají. served with rice and fried yuca (vegetarian version available with wild mushrooms) 15.

LOCRO SERRANO DE ZAPALLO ANDINO

savory vegetarian stew of squash with Andean tubers and cheese, served with fried quail eggs, Botija olives, and garlic ricegrains and cheese served fried quail eggs, botija olives and garlic rice 12.

ARROZ CON MARISCOS

a Peruvian paella: ají panca-infused rice topped with a seafood medley 16.
 

AJI DE GALLINA

succulent pulled chicken in an ají Amarillo, peanut, and cream-based sauce served with yellow potatoes, white rice, and Botija olives and hard-boiled egg 12.


SECO A LA NORTEÑA
an old family recipe: lamb shank slow-cooked in the traditional Northern Peruvian style with cilantro, black beer, ají Amarillo, onions, and garlic served with a canary bean purée and salsa criolla 14.

 

BUTIFARRA Y SOPA
soft quinoa rolls filled with Serrano ham and salsa criolla, served wtih the soup of the day 12.
