and whipped egg whites, topped with angostura bitters, and a squeeze of key
lime juice, served up

MOJITO
Appleton white rum shaken with fresh pressed lime juice, torn mint, water,
and cane sugar, served on the rocks with a sugar cane spear

CAIPIRINHA
fiery cachaca shaken ecstatically with muddled limes and superfine sugar
served on the rocks

MARGARITA
El Tesoro Silver tequila, shaken with fresh pressed lime juice, lime zest,
triple sec, and a pinch of sugar, served on the rocks in a salt rimmed glass

PIÑA COLADA
pineapple infused amber rum blended with fresh crushed pineapple, coconut
milk, and cane sugar, served frozen with a Gosling's Black Seal rum float
and coconut shavings

DAIQUIRI NATURAL
Old Mill gold rum shaken with fresh pressed lime juice, lime zest, and cane sugar served up and finished with a mist of maraschino liqueur

roasted ginger infused silver rum shaken with grapefruit juice, lime juice, and cane sugar, served up with a cardamon sugar rim

GRANADA DE AMOR
Ketel One's Citroen vodka shaken with Damianaq (a mexican love potion), pomegranate and lime juices, and a pinch of cinnamon sugar, served up

ACAI-PIRINHA
Two treasures from Brazil combined, a classic caipirinha- limey, potent, and gostoso, topped with a puree of lush purple acai, the "power-berry" of the Amazon (contains Guarana)

FUERTE DE TAMARINDO
tangy tamarind nectar (acqua de tamarindo) shaken with a shot of Old Overholt rye whiskey, orange and lime slices, and a pinch of cane sugar, served on the rocks with a tamarind sugar rim

GUANABANA.. DO DOO... DO DOO DO
a frozen licuado made with banana infused amber rum, tropical guanabana puree,
and a long pour of creamy vanilla almond milk, finished with a dusting of freshly grated nutmeg

MOJITO DE PIÑA
roasted pineapple infused amber rum shaken with torn basil, pineapple juice, lime juice, and dark cane sugar, served on the rocks


ATARDECER PORTENO
pink guava nectar shaken with honey infused vodka and lime juice topped with a float of ruby port and a sprtiz of lime zest, served up with an anise sugar rim


MARGARITA DEL SOL
1800 Silver Tequila, lime juice, and sugar, shaken with a splash of tart violet agua de jamaica (hibiscus nectar). Served up and topped with a juicy espuma de mango (mango nectar foam)
